I think it's some sort of 'I can't believe they preempted at the 5-level and you are fourth in hand and didn't do anything' double.

void in diamonds is typical, takeout but partner will still pass very often at such a high level so you have good defense. Stiff D is possible with KTxx ATxx x KTxx or whatever, but Kxxx Qxxxx --- Axxxx type would be typical.

I would think it is takeout and partner can expect a singleton or void in diamonds. However, partner probably leaves it in more often than bids if he has values and a few diamonds.

I doubt if the third could bid 5 directly after 2 Pass, The fourth couldn't do anthing?? just Double?
