How do I get my 'Create Tourney" Privelledges back When privelledges expire..:(

;) I was involved in a two year course at college and could not continue my "Flash Gordon Special Tourney" nor any duties at my club ..Helen Online Bridge Institute..

Can you guys tell me how I can go about getting my create tourney privelledges back?
