Well, the club ace is infact the best matchpoint lead:
Scoring: MP

South North
pass (1) dbl
1 3NT
4

Club ace is the only lead that doesn't blow a trick. Well.. small spade works also, but that's a bit hard.

Yes, North overbid grossly. But some people do that :P

I lead a heart. I do this after reading the other posts and seeing that it is a disaster lead. It is also the lead most likely to result in a plus score.

The fact that the CA lead was a success on this hand doesn't change my opinion that it is not the right lead in the long run.

I don't understand why some players have the idea that you may never lead from under a K

In this case there aren't big chances to beat the contract. So let's try to find a method to find extra tricks! Best chance is that partner has a Q in or . Important to keep A as an entry to cash the developed trick.

Choosing between and is difficult. I prefer because it is known that LHO has something in it (3NT). May be he has AQT and has to decide how to finesse?

Because pessimism at a bridge table is a good thing...

 I learned to be optimistic in a bad situation and pessimistic in a good situation.

When LHO bids 3NT on his own, I don't think you will be able to make 3 kings...
