Hi,

Anyone can give me information about different methods of tounament scoring with several sessions?

I think the actual way we have, has no sense.
This is, after each session the real score goes to a general chart, either the E/W and N/S lines.

With this method, maybe a pair, can win his line in all the sessions, and finally, be at the 5º place, for example.

Any place to look for information about this stuff?

Ty.

Well in multi-session tourneys you usually have several groups. Let's say you have 3 sessions and you make 4 groups of equal size.

Then for example you have in the first session:

Group 1 (NS) vs Group 2 (EW)
Group 3 (NS) vs Group 4 (EW)

second session:

Group 1 (NS) vs Group 3 (EW)
Group 4 (NS) vs Group 2 (EW)

third session:

Group 1 (NS) vs Group 4 (EW)
Group 2 (NS) vs Group 3 (EW)

Now every group is playing once against each other group, and is compared once with each other group. This is a standard setup for any number of pairs that is a multiple of 4. If there are less pairs you either have sitouts or rover pairs.
Two wrongs don't make a right, but three lefts do!
