If 3♥ is a FJ and is forcing, I bid that. I want p's input on this one. I will bid 4♣ next if I can. If LHO bids 5♣ and partner doubles, I'll be kicking myself if I bid 2♥ this round.

I would go as far as to say no one showed ♦ support. Echo said if 3♥ was a forcing fit jump (as it should be) showing hearts and diamonds, he would bid that.

That insulates you from the ♣ barrage that is surely coming, and it gives opener enough info to consider using blackwood or cue-bidding spades. Either of which will get the ball rolling... exactly how to continue after 1D-(2C)-3H-5© is still up in the air, however.

Wow. I was lucky only to face a 2♣ overcall. What was I going to bid over 5♣?

I bid 5♣ exclusion RKCB directly over 2♣
The reason is that I need to get information quick because they might be in 5♣ soon and the best thing I can do to show a strong hand with a club void and diamond support is to bid 5♣ now, if pd shows 2 keycards I will bid 7, if he shows 1 I will bid 6.
Having the trump queen in hand is nice.
The problem bidding hearts is that it will be impossible to say I have diamond support and a club void and a heart suit in this auction so I choose to show 2 of the 3 features.

I think that showing diamondfit + club void is better than showing diamondfit + heart suit here. At least you will know inmediately if you can play 6 or 7 when pd answers the exclusion RKCB.
